Fu*k'em, my money, my choice. And what exactly is a gee-gaw? If it's made from chrome and looks good, maybe I can mount it on the bike somewhere.
If you read the guys other blogs you will see that his whole perspective is from the far left of the political spectrum. I mean if it ain't green or some other form of politicaly correct crap. He don't like it and says so. I think his biggest jab at Harleys and Harley riders is fact that a lot of us are proud of ourAmerican mademotorcycles and in general American pride. I myself don't dress or act like I am a bad *** biker type or do I want people to think I am. I do show my pride in America. I thank God everyday that I was born in the United States. JMHO
Harley's are American "assembled", not American made. The components that make the bike are supplied by Taiwan,China,Japan, Austraila to mention a few.

I stand corrected again. It is my buddies Honda Shadow 1100 that says "Made in U.S.A." on it.
