Default Rear axle help

Alright i need some help here. Im in the process of doing the heartland 250 kit and today as i was flying throught the reassembly of the swing arm to retro fit everything i ran into a problem. The wheels i have, have the 1" axle bearings and my 03 uses the 3/4" i beleive. Does anyone know how i can get a sleeve or a bushing or something i can use so the axle will fit snug. Thanks in advance.

Im not positive but I think you can have the old bearing pressed out and a new one pressed in.

A 3/4" wheel may not have the ability to use a 1" axle because the axle bushing will not fit inside. You must check out the inside of the wheel yourself to make sure. This is what you will find in a FL. If your hub is the same the same message is yours [HERE]

You should be able to replace the 1" bearings with a set of 3/4". You don't say if you are using a HD wheel or something else. HD sells kits that include the bearings and sleeve that will do the job.

Called My local dealer and took the wheel in 114 including parts, since i know a bunch of the guys there they only billed me for 30mins of labor instead of the 1.5 like normal to remove and replace bearings. got it done now i just need the right spacers. Thanks for the help guys.
