Default RE: Heated grips?

i have a pair of oxford wrap over heated grips so they can be taken off in the warmer days. these are just wrapped over the grips held together with a strip off velcro and a independant on/off switch, then for the back of my hands i use the nationalcycles wind deflectors they just fir onto the mirror bolt and they blend in with the screen they keep the back of the hands getting cold, went out riding yesterday freezing cold and everytime i stopped the other lads rushed over to warm their hands on my bars.

I know a few who have them, the HD ones were always burning out.

I am one of the few in Alaska who won't use heated gear of any kind. I just add more layers.

My Harley doesn't have heated grips, so I'll sometimes insertchemical heat packets inside my gloves if I'm planning a long ride. They're cheap and sold at Home Depot and sporting goods stores.

I have some on my Police Electra Glide. I didn't pay for them as an add-on, but for $100, I sure would.
