Went for a ride Sunday...
Unfortunately I had to work today and alsotomorrow.... as a matter of fact, I don't have another day off until 1/19 ... we'll probably have a blizzard by then ...

I ride as long as the roads are clear of any ice....

It was 65 today in the Philly area!I had the whole day off from work and got in 140 miles. It's very rare to get a day like this in January.I changed the oil and gave it a bath Sunday night so it would be ready for today. It sure felt great to get out for some two wheeled therapy.God knows I needed it!

Despite the warm temps, I wouldn't dare take the bike out. The roads are covered with salt and grit. Not worth the damage.

I just got back in....took a ride into NYC after my evening meal. It was so warm I thought I would even need my leather jacket. I wore it anyway....but only zipped half way up! I also road this afternoon with just a sweatshirt and no gloves!

62 degrees here in southeast Wisconsin today, but no riding after work for me as we had several tornado's touch down between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Very strange for January - in fact ,I have never even heard of a tornado in Wisc. in January, and I have lived in this area for 50 years. The closest one to me was about 5 miles away on the north side of the city of Kenosha.

Glad to hear that some of you guy's got a ride in anyway...
