There should be some info on the packaging as to who made them. If you're thinking they're worth something I think you're on the wrong track. Just another hd fad that came and went several years back. I've seen people think they've got a treasure in a can of HD beer and then they go to bike week and it's everywhere.
Sigh. Next they'll be hawking H-D rubbers. They'll probably break at an inopportune time just like their bikes.
They won't break, but all the Harley haters on this forum will try to convince you that they will break or at least leak. Then they will tell you that there should be a class action against HD because they MIGHT leak or break, although there has yet to be a documented case of leakage or breakage. Check the '07 tranny thread to see what I mean.
I am really surprised they dont make a Harley Penetrating Lube for those trips to the dealership.They could keep it by the entrance door in single serving packets.
