Good dealer experience
Just happened to stop by my local HD dealer yesterday. (Heart of Dixie, Pelham, AL) Was just shooting the **** w/ one of the sales guys. He!! of a nice guy. Told him a little about some non-100% experiences I have had there. He took me to the Servce Dept. and introduced me to one of the new techs. I was more comfortable in knowing my dealer has had a turn-around in the whole house and ppl seemingly are more caring and customer friendly. ****, I will now go back to them for service and so forth. On a similar note, their sister dealer "Rider's" has help me out with 2 minor issues I had with my bike as I stopped there when I was going that way. The guys at the desk IMMEDIATELY stopped and had my problems fixed and would not even let me buy them a coke. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!
My *****'ll prolly get busted on this one but $21k+ spent on the bike and I need to feel comfortable with who-the-F**k-ever works on it!

There arelot ofreally good dealers out there, anda fewnot so hot. I guess that is just about the way it is in everything. Ya just don`t ever here much about the GOOD guys.

There are a lot of good dealers out there.There are a lot of good techs out there.You just need to hope the guy working on your scoot is one of the good ones.Im tired of that and now am doing all my own work.Its easier then i thought and I get to buy more tools with the savings!
