Worked up enough nerve to finally try Pledge on my Vivid Black Ultra. Have to say I was pretty impressed , I dont think its ever shined so well.
My best girl lives about 45 miles from me so i called her up and told her to dig the leathers out, be there soon.
Picked her up and enjoyed a pleasant 45 minute ride through some decent twistys. Stopped at Quizno's for some toasty goodness ( Tuscan Turkey, Large ) .....then another hour ride before taking her home.
Not a bad day for February....Course they say snows coming in Tuesday again but at least we had today. Planning on sneaking a few more miles tomorrow before the weather turns to **** again.
I hear 'ya! I live in Eastern OK and the wife and I took off for Mulberry, AR to visit my widowed mom. Great ride to/from. It was warmer on the return trip than it wasgoing. Saw lots of bikes... but oh my lands... I didn't get a chance to WAVE at some of them!!!
Sounds like a great time! My wife went for a short ride with me 2 up, then when nearly over she said, "why don't we go to the beach for lunch at Dixie Crossroads" - so we rode 130 miles today.
