air cleaner cover issues
This is admittedly a stupid question but the inserts on the oval air cleaners, the one that say the model of the bike and sequential port injection on it. Can these be changed or replaced and if so, how? Theinsert on my air cleaner cover is all nicked up but it desn't seem like it just comes off. I didn't want to pry it off. How do you put on a new insert?

I used a heat gun (aka, hair dryer), just heat heated the cover from the back side, and will slowly pry off the trim. You can then get a new trim piece, for example, the Screamin' Eagle one. Or you can order one like the original.
