Poked my head in the shed to make sure the bike was still in there. It was shivering. Threw a leg over the seat, pattedthe tank and said "see ya in May"! I used to think this was God's country, but I think that maybe God moved to Texas, eh? Put a few miles on for me will ya guys?
Riding in July and August?? WTF....it's the same temp?? Oh yah....I guess sometimes now and then it will hit a hundred.....yah what's that...another5 to 8 degrees???
Gonna be about 75 in Phoenix area today with a little breeze. OMFG it is beautiful and I am stuck inside my office looking at my bike through the window... I have a feeling I'm gonna have to take a little lunch break and just ride for about 1/2 hour just to enjoy it all.....[sm=biker.gif]
I think when it's over a hundred it feels like Hell......somebody asked me one time when it was around 101 and the lizards were all carrying canteens, why it felt so much hotter when it got to 100......Gee......I don't know......it may be because your body temperature is 98.6......when it gets hotter than that, you're cooking from the outside in........
