Three days at home with the flu.
And since I'm not the kind of person that deprives himself of anything, I got myself also a worst-case attack of cervical arthritis, and a principle of renal colic.
Today, 1500 mg of paracetamol, 600 mg of Ibuprofen, 30 mg of codein, 10 mg of tizanidine, 10 mg of joscine after that, I'm pretty fine, if a little bit stoned.
No way I'll be riding till next week, I fear. And I had to bring the bike to mount the new front light on saturday morning. Crap.

there has been alot of bad bugs. out there this year aleast you got the meds that help you feel alittle better. hang in there with alittle luck spring is on the way. knock on wood.
(yes I know you mean neck)
