Default RealHog.com Customer Experiences Please

I am looking at buying from them. I did a search on the forum and didn't find anything conclusive. I would appreciate any feedback.

I was going to order some progressive shocks once. They had the cheapest prices, but after I placed the order they said it would take 2-3 weeks before the shocks would even get to them before they could ship it. I think they wait until they get a large order quantity before they themselves place their order, so the customer has to wait. I canceled the order, promptly got a credit on my cc and ordered somewhere else for the same price. I had an experience like this with a vendor in the midwest, its a pisser when you want it now, and find out you have to wait.

I bought a set of V&H mufflers from them a year or so ago and they shipped the same day. Couple of months ago I bought some apparel and they shipped within a day or so. I have had good experiences with them. I always ask online vendors to verify stock before I place an order so that I don't get any surprises...

I've bought from them and their sister company Cruiser Customizing. Good experience each time. Usually ship quickly and I've not had a product that was bad (yet), so I've not really had to deal with returns or customer service. Prices are usually fairly decent as well, but they don't have everything you might want.
