"DONNY'S UNAUTHORIZED TECHNICAL GUIDE TO HARLEY DAVIDSON 1936-2008"
Ok listen up! "Russ" (aka cirhere2) started this by buying this book and then passing it on after reading it. I was the second to read it. Russ's offer was to send it on free of charge to thefirst person requesting it assuming they are a 'frequent' poster on the HDForum. I am honoring the deal by now passing it on. I will mail it free to the next person willing to do the same. Post away! I will get your mailing address via a PM from you.
Book review: IMHO the book is a good read if you are interested in little antidotes on the H-D Moco and the inside scoop on engine design criteria. It is notan easy read because it is essentially a compilation of his columns written and published over the years. Because of that there is some repetition. That is not all bad because some of his observations bear repeating.
Thanks Russ, I wouldn't have read this book if it weren't for your generosity. NEXT? ............... Big Cholla
We have a winner! x2lee will be receiving the book as soon as I get his mailing address via PM. x2lee, remember after a decent amount of time, you have agreed to pass the book on to another deserving member of the HDForum. PM on its way to you........ BC
