Here in K.C. Today 40 degrees and Sunny. Tommorow however in the 20s. Should be the last of winter, The forcast for nextTues, Wed in the mid to upper 50s. I take these temps. This winter has beena long one to say the least. I know it has been worse up north. So all I can say isI want to ride. Ride, Ride and Ride some more..........Ride Safe and Often......BearC.Paw........
This has been a strange winter, JP13 your winter is most likey worse than ours (i live in Pa on the boader of ny state) but its been the worse for riding.. The winter weather came earley this year, Fors years i have been able to sneak in a ride here and there i have not been on the bike since the the first week of Oct... I will tell you one thing this summer better be good (no rain on the weekends) because the riding season is so short here a few bad weekends ya blink and summers gone... I have
House fever (i dont live in a cabin)
Well First, JP13, I was born and raised in Tempe...left there in '79...Guess you were probably there later than that....
and second...it's BEAUTIFUL here in Las Vegas, unfortunately I'm down for 12 weeks from foot surgery....so weathers not the only hardship...be thankful yours could end tomorrow!!!
I was there in 79, I lived on fifth and Mill ave. All I had for transportation was my Yamaha 650 special. Hope that foot heals fast!!
How close are you to Potsdam? Yeah I feel the ITCH ! I saw some bikes out on Monday, but I would not want to have all that salt on mine right now. We had three inches of that ball bearing ice crud today. Spring better show up soon or I may get stupid and ride anyway. [sm=headbang.gif]
I live in Ticonderoga. About 2-3 hrs I think from you. PM me and I'll give you my cell # if you ever get down this way.
The wife just told me she heard the N word for this weekend. A POSSIBLE NOR'EASTER.Will some one please come and kidnap me please. I will be in Myrtle Beach next month and my father in law has a 03 soft tail classic. I will have my a#@ on it.
I live in upstate NY, near the canadian border, and it seems like this winter will never cease. Today we had a 1/2 inch of ice, on top of the snowiest Feb. on record. Now Saturday we will be getting a major storm, not a nor'easter, but enough. I've had it. I want my a#$ in the saddle again.Does everybody have the same itch.
How do you think we feel up here in Canada? We have enough snow of our own, but everytime I turn on the weather channel, another snow storm is blowing up the Eastern Seaboard.........would it kill you guys to blow some warm air up from Florida, New Mexico, California??????? HUH?????????????
