Outstandin' work, nice detail and original. It is addictive I started in 1969 and I'm still not done, just have to decide where to put the next one, LOL
We went to Hawaii in October of '06 for the Hawaii State HOG Rally. We REALLY fell in love with the people, the culture, and yes, the fantastic scenery. We have several friends there now. Some of them are coming to visit us in NC this June, and we are going to take them on a tour of the Blue Ridge Parkway, and go to the TN State HOG Rally. I would like to have something "tropical" I got a shirt over there that has a bike siting in the sand at the waters edge, there are 2 palm trees... the rider is sitting on the beach, leaning up against a palm tree. I thought about doing that with a killer sunset between the trees, and having him put my face on the biker.
Something like that has to be a back piece. You can't fit all that detail into a small tattoo. I agree, it would be cool [8D]
Exactly what I was going to say... better be thinking "back piece" for all of that to fit.
Going this week to discuss the artwork design for yet another peice. My idea is to have a palm tree connecting the new tatt to an old one and forming a 3/4 sleeve.
