Hollister Event!
Was just wondering if it is on this year? I live in the Northwest, was raised in California. I think it was last year they canceled the Rally. I know the residents were very upset about the city doing what they did. My parents live in Hollister and I would really like to do the event this year.

Last year was the first it was "back". They use a promoter now. It was ok. Nothing spectacular, other than the police presence. Sideways flying choppers with cops hanging off the sides, Rambo looking Cal DOJ officers everywhere, etc. Funning thing was, most of the "patched" bikers were religious groups. Need to also watch out for all the kids in strollers. They all made for a very dangerous and rowdy crowd circling the vendor pit, hence the required police presence.
