I started riding and bought my first Harley when I was 62. If that's a mid-life crisis everyone should have one. Of course I didn't have a wife and my kids were all for whatever made me happy.

Ride Safe.

Yes, exactly, a midlife crisis it is...and undeniably the best crisis I've ever had--don't see it ending anytime soon either[8D]!

My midlife crisis consisted of buying a Buell. It was cheaper then trading in the 40ish yo wife for 2 20 yo's. Everyone that i saw that did that are still paying and paying and paying and paying. I only had to pay 9600$ once for the Buell. Everyone wins.

I've rode for alot of years but I would be fired up if somebody told me I was having a mid life crisis. That means I'm gonna live to be 108. All right!

Folks who know me say I'm coming out of my midlife crisis. In 1999 I sold my bike, cut off my hair, shaved and started wearing nice clothes. In 05, bought another bike, threw the razor away, let the hair grow and went back to sleeveless shirts and flannels and rough jeans... I've come full circle. The midlife crisis thing? done and over with. But the folks who met me during my crisis think I've gone off the deep end... lol
