I don't think they would give you any trouble at all, very good people over there. I have two different ones and decided on one, I did not like the natural carbon look and called then asking how much it would cost to have it repainted... They said no charge! just send it in and they would take care of it!
Great service and product...

I have been looking at the carbon helemts for a while now,I checked out the gallery and they seem to fit more like what I'm looking for.
But $200 bucks on a helmet I cant even try on is a bit of a gamble. The website says they have a no questions asked return policy. Has anyone ever returned one before? I always thought you couldn't return helmets.
Take a look at the Outlaw brand helmets that LeatherUp.com carries.I have several and they are a good quality DOT with the look you want for 30 to 40 bucks.
I like my Bell Drifter. Comfortable and not too bulky
I tried one, man...maybe it was an off-day or bad mirror...I didn't like the way it fit on my noggin. I'd really like to try the one with the green or black canvass cover. Looks pretty bad-***.
HCI makes helmets that have a thinner liner than most DOT helmets. They make a shortie and a polo. The polo has less helmet area than most and looks pretty good on. The rear of the helmet rides a little lower on the head. Their sizing chart is damn accurate. I have a pretty big head (haha), and their xxl fits perfect. Many helmets run small.
They make a carbon fiber that looks cool, but last years model did not pass DOT tests. The helmet wasn't the problem, it was the strap or buckle. The black version with a different strap
passed. You might double check this for your own safety if you like the carbon fiber. These
helmets are inexpensive on many web sites. Shop around. Good luck.
The Fulmer Hombre is now refered to as the 80, 81, and 82 models. The 80 comes with a visor, the 81 comes naked, gigity, and the 82 comes with the neck curtain.
They also have a "Ranger 5R" out that come in some pretty awesome designs but the guy I was talking to with Fulmer said that they 80-82 was the lowest profile they had and replaced the Hombre.
Hope this helps, I just ordered the 81 today and should get it tommorrow. I have the worst shaped head of all for hats/helmets so if it looks good on me it'll look good on anyone. I'll let you know how it goes, and maybe even post a pick (doubt it).

ACC is good to go as far as returns, exchanges, etc...I have more of an oval head and sent mine back for reshaping. Once it came back, it fit like a glove and I've had mine for probably 2 years now.
I just ordered my wife one and stipulated the oval shape of her head too. Hopefully they'll shape it enough that I won't have to take it back. Fortunately, I moved and now work just across I-4 from them.

I have ordered their helmets and have returned them with precise measurements and instructions for fitment. They redid the helmet and shipped it back to me and it fit great! I wear it all the time and like it.
