Keep the faith. The doctors, researchers, and staff at the Stollery Childrens Hospital are some of the best in the world. They won't stop until they have a solution for you and your child. If you need to talk or just get out of the house for a while, give me a shout. I'm only a half hour away and will help out in any way I can.

Its tough to endure these things Dad. Keep the faith, hang on and hang in there too.

You have a lot on your shoulders and your family is counting on you. Sure its tough sometimes. Just take everthing one step at a time.

You all will make it. You have a lot of fine folks here supporting you as well. So hang on. Things will get better some how.

Kato, I know what you are going thru. My wife starting "bruising", went to the doc and that's when she was diagnosed with ITP, she was close to near fatal level with the platelet count. She endured a spleen removal surgery, the spleen removes dead platelets, they thought it started trapping good ones. That didn't work. But what worked for her was a couple of treatments of "rotuxin serum". Her platelet count went up to almost 400. She was seen every six monthsuntil last June and the doc released her at that time. She's been good since then, no bruising or dots. Not a child but still the love of my life, yes it scarred me sh**less thought I was going to lose her, be strong my friend, there are lots of prayers going your way. God Bless you and your family.
