Stuck in Abilene...
waiting on a tire. You would think a town this size would have at least one Metzler or Avon my size in stock. Not a single indy has one. Stealership has Dunlops but I've only got 6,000 mileson this one and it's toast. Picked up something big in it and had to have it plugged to get as far as I have. Not much tread left on it anyway, don't want another Dunlop. I was planning to have it changed whenI got back home. Oh well, just have to wait it out.

If your in TX, make a few calls to a couple of shops in Dallas/Ft Worth. Find you a tire, rent a cheap car, drive here (about 2-3 hours depending on where you gotta go), get the tire, go back and have it put on. Your back on the road in no time.
