Which do you prefer riding alone or with wife [ or other] My wife had a 2003 1200 spt. She decided she would rather ride on back. So I sold her bike and now she only rides with me. This isfine with me.Now I don't watch out for her in my mirrors. Still.....Its more fun to ride byyour self, Hard tolook cool with wifes head jurking back and forthwhile yourplaying with the throttle around town or in traffic !!!!! Just wondering [BORED AT WORK]

I prefer to ride with my wife on the back. 5 days a week I ride solo. 2 days a week I get to enjoy the ride. She even enjoys the performance of our bike.

While Ilike riding solo, I would really love to find a way to talk the wife into hopping on the bike with me. She hasn't been on a motorcycle since her highschool days when she had a bad experience. Nothing serious, just got frightened and vowed never to get on one again. I can't even get her to just sit on the bike in the garage! I don't push the subject too hard in the spirit of mainatining peace.

Any suggestions?

I love riding with my wife. Makes me feel like a teenager. The majority of the time I ride alone.

my wife loves to ride, I need to get her a mustang seat though. The stock seat is no fun for her.

I ride 2up with the wife everywhere and it is nice but sometimes it would be nice to go solo. Then again a bagger looks uncool with only 1up. I would love to have a duce and take the back foot pegs off.
