Lets see,
hit a parked car after sliding on a man hole cover,
hit a sign after being run off the road,
missed a turn and ran into a corn field, I was fine until I went to pick up the bike, then I broke my collar bone,
put it down when a guy made the famous left turn in front of me and then stopped because he freaked,
side swiped a car going to fast in a turn and ended up on the wrong side of the road,
high sided at Loudon,
low sided at Pocono,
low sided in the corkscrew at Laguna Seca,
got hit at Willow,
forgot to put my feet down, after doing a mad burn outI went around the corner and pulled up to the stop sign and just fell over with my feet on the pegs,
hit gravel and went down just off the Blue Ridge,
same thing at Daytona.

Actually never really got hurt until I started dirt riding in the woods. Trees don't move.

Nothing under 10 mph counts like dropping the bike while moving it, slipping on gravel in a parking lot etc.
Only 10 mph and over on a STREET bike, no dirt bike related events.

Thanks for your participation guys (and gals)
Not sure I follow you on the dirt bike thing, went down (thanks to a semi) at around 60mph. have gone down well over that speed on dirt bikes.

Was on my my way to Sturgis last year. Came upon an S turn marked 25MPH. Took it at about 45. Missed the second turn and hit the ditch.

Totally my fault. Bad riding.

Slid through really soft grass for about 50 feet. Lucky there was nothing to hit.

Very lucky. Zero damage to me. Damage to bike consisted of a broken mirror. A couple of exremely small scratches on fairing that you can't see unless I point them out. Crash guards do a real good job. Picked up the bike and continued to Sturgis.

Bad for the ego.

Not my finest hour, but I'm a better rider today because of it.

When i had to put our bike down on I-40 near Asheville North Carolina it was an event that had a better than average outcome.....landed in the fast lane and wife in the other with all the traffic stopped behind us. My real concern was with the wife's injuries....she had a few scratches and i had a seperated shoulder. A friend form work drove 12 hours to come and pick usup and put our bike in the back of his truck. Like i said it was a great day because we could ride again....

Life is Great....We all Ride!!!!....sometimes with a few bruises and scrapes....

In '72 I had a '71 Kawasaki 500 Mach 3. I was in the Navy in the Phillipine Islands. I left an eve watch and the truck had left one of my section mates, I told him I would catch them. I was going 120 (at least by that speedo) and slowed down some for the only turn in the road. Didn't slow down enough and missed the turn. The right side of the bike hit a sign post and launched me off the bike. I remember thinking about which part of me would hit first, it was my *** and then I rolled for quite some time listening to my bike reving up in the distance. Fortunately there was nothing but a cow pasture where I landed. I ran back and with all the adrenaline running through me I lifted the bike and threw it all the way over on the other side and dented the other side of the tank. I was very lucky. The guys in the truck saw me coming fast then my light disappeared. They came back and got me. My supervisor had painted my helmet red as a joke the night before, I was amazed at how much of the red paint was gone. That is why I always wear a helmet now.

been down a few times...mostly overdriving my limits in my younger days...one time went off the road into a ditch at about 50 mphafter falling asleep...that ws a really short painful nap. and then again just this evening got rear ended at a stop light and the SOB fled the scene, but was quickly aprehended by fellow witnesses...I AM STILL PISSED, and sore the bike can be fixed...rear end and right side damage...just suck because I did some major work to it this winter and will now have to order painted parts in the heart of the riding season here in Indy....
