Only 350 in a day for me. The wife doesn't ride (yet) so I had a couple of "ride out of Atlanta and get lost" days. This will be my first full season. We have a new baby so I won't be able to ride aas much as I would like, but I may do the Trail of Tears Ride in Sep.

Dot and I did 850 miles in 13 hours last August comin' back from Sturgis. We also did 4600 miles in 8 days last spring when we went to Virginia and Tennessee. Not too bad considering we could only do about 250 miles a coupla days while on the BRP. It helps when you can do 85 on the super slab.

New baby for me, too...baby boy born Oct. 20...he has cut down on my riding, especially having my ol' lady ride with me, but it is 100% worth it. I used to ride to work, but now I take the baby to daycare and pick him up everyday. I can't wait until he can ride his own Harley one day.

30,000+ kilometer years were the norm for us in the seventies when bikes were our only mode of transport. The lifestyle has changed in the last 30 years where the bikes now are a secondary form of transport and it takes longer to rack up the big miles for most of us.
I've done several 1000km days in the recent years but that's about my limit now, love the comforts of life in my older years

Longest single day was about 650. Once coming home from Sturgis, and once last year coming home from Tucson. On the trip to the 100th Anniversary we did 5,500 in 2 1/2 weeks.

Regards,

Bill
