I am sorry I admit I have started shifting 3000 RPM, no longer at 4500-5000......My name is the IrishViking and I am a Torque Addict....whats the 11the step? LOL

Gas prices won't slow me down! Yeah, they're high, but I can still write of off at the end of the year!!

In my beat-around-town Honda Civic, I drive like the old man that I am rapidly becoming to use as little fuel as possible. The sport with that car is to see how high I can get the MPG. I ran 36 pounds of pressure in the tires on an all highway tripon Easter and got 40.5 MPG!

When I ride the Harley or drive the Porsche, its not about the trip, not the destination, so I don't think about trying to conserve fuel.

I still ridelike I always have. Can't see changing my riding style over gas prices.

But ask me next year and I might have changed my mind.......

My bike gets 40 mpg and my jetta diesel gets 50mpg. Gas doesn't scare me yet

My dually is a V10, And I get anywhere from 0 to 18 mpg, depending on how I drive it. My bike on the other hand ranges from 30 to 50? (i'll never know what the best mileage could I get) mpg. So I tend to get my thrills on the bike and drive the truck like my dad would of now a days.
