tee shirts are probably going to cost you $45 a shirt or more as the UD $ is weak and the Euro seems strong at the moment. Dealers in Europe are considerably smaller than the US shops. dealers in Italy may well be closed Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday, it's well worth checking their opening times via the HD web site, I think it even lets you convert into English
{smile} if you think you will get a HD T-shirt for only 45USD you are very much mistaken. At least in Amsterdam the dealerges about 60 euro's minimal wich is somewhere around 90 USD (and that is for the simple basic T-shirt. HD stuff is EXPENSIVE in Europe...

Oh, and if you make it to Amsterdam let me know, we'll go out for a meal and a couple of beers if you want!
Safe travels,
Dries
Dries I was just converting from UK prices , last year shirts in Belgium were about 32 Euros, in the Uk they are £20 to £30. I notice the Euro is strong at the moment, as I'll be doing about 4500 miles across Europe in sept. I'm hoping it will go back to last years exchange rate.

As said, if you make it to Amsterdam and are interested in a meeting just give us a shout!

Gents thanks for the info, I am now in Antwerp, the HD shop is closed, will swing by tomorrow nght after work. I corrected the renaming of the Chech Republic American spelling),not often I rename a country. dreisb, I dont think amsterdam is infor this trip, would like to get up there next trip though, have saved your name to buddy list. Inspector.clouseau, if I sampled all those beers and ate the chocholate I would be a high strung drunk trying to ride, stop tempting me, will have a few samples though for sure. As far as the Euro is concerned, it is still a good deal vs the UK pound, it is painful in the UK for an American these days, good thing is all my buddies are coming over to visit me in Miami now, good deal for them. Will rent a bike in Prague for the HOG rally on the 30th through the 1st. Thanks for the feedback gents.

If something changes in your plan you're welcome, we have a spare room and can offer safe parking for the bike so feel free.
Just have a safe and enjoyable trip!
