great customer service!!!!!!!!!

I just washed my bike and then hooked up the cycle dry air dryer and nothing, I was thinking damn I hope the dealership takes this back. And then I thought damn this sucks now I have to dry it by hand. Well I called the number on the little pamphlet that comes with the thing and the dude took my info and said "we will get one right out to you" I said"what about this one?" and he said "chuck it" you said it is broke I trust ya. Now that is great customer service. Istill had to dry it by hand, oh well!!!!!

Rare enough I so wish you could 'frame' conversations like that - good on you and well done the cycle dry air dryer company.

Had the exact kinda thing happen with a pressure washer wand. Sent me a replacement, and told me to chuck the old one. I was speechless...coulda knocked me over with a feather. It's a cryin shame that kinda service is so rare.
