LED turn Signals! Question

LED turn Signals! Question
Going to work the other day. I came upon an Ultra or EG with LED's in the rear turn signals. They were pretty bright for the time of day and didn't really notice them util right close then he turned off.
Overall they looked almost like a 1/4 thick lense, with a clear red tint. Looked so much like a red peice of candy almost.
Didn't have any star burst design pattern of LED's or anything. They ran as red running lights and as turn signals.
Does anyone happen to recognize what I've attempted at discribing and know of a manufacture that may be close to them or them??
