if you park your bike outdoors in the sun and hate getting on and having that icky burning feeling when youi first sit on your seat- check out shadybizness.com. These little gagets work great- fold up small enough to carry easily and are fairly inexpensive too.

Honestly...
That looks like a stupid idea, and at $25.00 a ripoff. For $5.00 or less you can get you a light colored towel that can shade your bike seat - wipe it dry if its wet, get gunk off of something (bike, you, whatever), use for first aid bindings, and so many other things.
I never go anywhere without my towel.
