RE: For all you fat, pony-tailed Rolling Thunder Members....
Here's what I just emailed that scum sucking piece of steenkin ****:
You ignorant son of a bitch. I just read your bullshit column about the "fat, ponytailed men on Harleys during Memorial day weekend. Did you know that about 90% ofthose ridersare veterans of wars from Vietnam to the present. You would'nt know the first thing about patriotism you piece of ****. You use the media to speak your uneducated, ignorant bullshit and I guarantee you this is just one of the many emails you will receive on this. What you witnessed was Rolling Thunder (and others)paying tribute to our country's military members that gave it all so that you can sit and spew your crap freely. You make me sick. You should have been honoring our fallen right along side the fat, ponytailed MEN on Harleys too instead of looking at art on a wall and bitching about the Real patriots. Or did they scare your pathetic ***? You ought to be ashamed of your sorry self. ~R HillsProud member of the Patriot Guard RidersU.S. Army Veteran
RE: For all you fat, pony-tailed Rolling Thunder Members....
I've posted this thread info in some other forums...both biker and non-biker areas. Let's keep this one going...I hope he man's up and apologies and then kicks some funds towards the Wounded Warrior Project. I've also sent this to all the National Media Right-Wingers...O'Reilly, Hannity, Gibson...etc.
RE: For all you fat, pony-tailed Rolling Thunder Members....
I didn't ride in Rolling Thunder..
I did ride in West Coast Thunder...
I'm not really fat, and do not have a pony tail.
I am a VET,,and proud to be. and I do ride a Harley
This clown that wrote that, I want to have a beer with him, then
break the bottle over the idiots fat head!
RE: For all you fat, pony-tailed Rolling Thunder Members....
Yeah, they run Keillor's writing in the Minneapolis newspaper every Sunday. This article is even more infuriating than most. I read his article every week just for the perverse pleasure of finishing it and saying to anyone who'll listen, "God, what a jerk." The real shame of it is, Minnesota is such a liberal state that Keillor fits right in. I'm embarassed to live here.
RE: For all you fat, pony-tailed Rolling Thunder Members....
I posted my comment directly on the article's website in response to his abuse of his 1st Ammendment rights. He shows disrespect to the many veterans who ride, as well as the many family members of veterans who ride showing their support and rememberances on Memorial Day.
Its a shameso manymembers of our armed forces gave their lives for his right to make such rants.
RE: For all you fat, pony-tailed Rolling Thunder Members....
He obviously struck a nerve in all of you, and me included. I'm a retired vet myself and don't like to read such ignorance. However, I spent the majority of my life defending our country, our way of life, our rights and our freedom. No matter how wrong his ramblings are, he's free to speak his mind becuase of the all the vets past and present. We are very lucky people to be so free.
