Go to one of the V-Rod sites, there are plenty of them out there... 160+hp out of the box, about 160 pounds lighter than the street legal version... air shifter... If I could afford an expensive toy I'd buy one. They run 9s all day long, and break into the 8s every so often.

Street Legal
You wouldn't want it on the street... no suspension, and only has rear drag pegs.... I can't imagine driving around town laying on my airbox (the thing everyone thinks is a gastank)...

If we take the wheelie bars and the NOS off it could be close to steet legal. The day these pictures were taken I had to follow him down town because he was worried that someone would run over the wheelie bars.

Our dealer has one on the showroom floor. Pretty wild. I think it is soley for display though. Never seen it on a track. And it is clean as a whistle.

Why is it not street legal? The Destroyer is no quicker than the Busa2 which is street legal.

The first 2 reason off the top of my head are
1) it has no lights
2) racing slicks are not DOT approved tires.

3) no tilte
4) no VIN
these are sold for race only applications, they do not have a vin or a title to register them for street use.

The lights are cosmetic only and the NOS is a gray area.
