Default Adjusting rear shocks

I only weigh 155 and my rear tire has no bounce what so ever.&nbsp\\; I swear I am going to slip a disc one of these times.&nbsp\\; Shouldnt the rear tire have at least some bounce??&nbsp\\; 2003 sporty by the way

If there is no suspension compression when you sit on the bike you may have a bent shock.&nbsp\\; If the suspension is bottomed out when you sit on the bike you need new shocks.

All the girls that I ride with ride baggers and no, they're not fat asses.&nbsp\\; However, they do have more ink on them than a typesetter for the New York Times.

&nbsp\\;Believe or not the nominal operator weight for Harley's is 160 lbs. With a spanner wrench turn the lower collar on the left shock towards the rear tire until it won't turn anymore, turn the right side shock away from the tire until it stops, that is the soft setting. Check your rear tire pressure is it at 36 psi or the recommended rear tire pressure for solo riding? An overinflated tire will also give a harsh ride. Good luck.
