"Taxes Paid" is an old saying meaning that you've changed the breather, pipes and re-jetted a carb or done fuel management on EFI, to get the bike to run the way it should have from the factory...old timers called doing that "paying the Harley Taxes"...

In the SF Bay Area, TTT stands for Tata Tuesday. Supposedly, if you have a TTT bumper sticker on your vehicle, womwn will show you their tatas on Tuesday. It's a radio station thing.
