And you trust the government or the people that work for it? Lock it. No more moving it. Must of been an inside job.
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
Any speific reason why working for the government would make you immediatly untrustworthy?
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
Lock it when you leave it, get an alarm with siren and drop hints to some of the people you work with about how pissed it made you. No theats of physical violence, but it will get the word out to those who don't know, to keep their hands off your ****.
&nbsp\\;
Now, that's a loaded question! &nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;
To hondaherb, there wouldn't be any security video that you might be able to peek at&nbsp\\;would there?

Shouldn't matter where you are.
Lock your bike when you leave it .
&nbsp\\;
Why would you leave your keys in your bike?
Now that is just plain stupid.
&nbsp\\;
Write you legislature rep.
Maybe they can pass a law making it illegal to sit on someone else's bike.
They seem to think they can write laws for everything other piddly *** thing in the world.
&nbsp\\;
Unfortunatley the 1% of morons/idiots &amp\\; felons force you to not trust the other 99% of society.

At last year's ralley on South Padre Island here in Texas I saw some A$$hole with his wife and kid looking at a 30K custom.&nbsp\\; The father put the kid ON the bike.&nbsp\\; I just cringed as I watched this happen.&nbsp\\; Of course they came in a cage and were nothing more than Mexican tourists with no brains.

Do you have an **** retentive boss you don't like?&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; See if you can get him to sniff the seat and track down the culprit.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;If you don't have a boss like that, I am willing to loan you one of my co-workers. I think he might be a seat sniffer. He has the look. Just trying to be helpful.&nbsp\\; I posted this because I know he reads hdforums.

I once came out at lunch time to find some a-hole sitting on mine.&nbsp\\; I admired "his" bike for a while then invited him to step off.

I always lock and set the alarm on my bike when I leave it.

I heard a good story on the forum a while back. The guy came out and saw some smart azz on his bike just smiling at him as if to taunt him.
The guy pulled out his cell phone and proceeded to report a bike theft in progress. I thought that was a better response than the one I would most likely do.
