Bike suffered major damage, left bag trashed, the chrome bars on the front, front fairing gone, along with black part that it screws to, signal lights, front end bent . front fender,and probably a bunch of stuff I can`t see. While driving it home it sure wasn`t tracking straight. If it is not totaled it will take forever to repair and I won`t have a bike all summer, if is is totaled  \\;I see a new 08 or maybe even a 09 Road Glide soon. Thanks

Steve, you're one lucky SOB. \\;\\\\\\; Should go out and buy some lottery tickets - any day you \\;\\\\\\;can dump a 700 lb+ bike, skid along the road and live to talk about it is ONE GOOD DAY. \\;\\\\\\; Glad you're okay. \\;\\\\\\; You're going to feel it the next few days.
 \\;\\\\\\;
I really think someone needs to educate the deer population - just kidding. \\;\\\\\\; Scares the hell out of me - been lucky so far.
 \\;\\\\\\;
You said you rode the bike home - would think it not totaled. \\;\\\\\\; Amazing where they can find used parts to fix up these bikes.
Material can be replace but not a life. Thank god for your gear. I pitty the ones that dont care to wear a helmet. You walked out of this accident and you're still standing. I guess your little angel was keeping an eye out for you. \\;[sm=smiley20.gif]
I am curious about the Bank Angle Sensor also. My 04 shut off when I dropped it. Then you have to cycle the ignition switch off on off on before it will start again. The word "TIP" actually shows up where the odometer numbers are until you do the ignition switch maneuvering. No joke.
Mine shut off when I ran out of gas today. They give you a gauge for a reason. LOL. Think I'll keep an eye on it every now and then.

Steve, glad you're OK. You are a lucky man. Eff the bike. It can be fixed or replaced.
Stevec, I'm glad you are alive and talking about it. Its a rush isn't it. I hit a deer in 1985 on State Route 800 in Malaga Ohio. I still remember it like it happened yesterday.
