Another Deer vs. motorcycle
You know I have been sitting on here on brakes at work ready threads about guys/gals hitting deer and almost hitting deer. I just read a post saying June was one of the worst months for deer/vehicle collisions. Well, I have seen the same deer everyday now for a month on my ways back and forth to work. I rode the bike last friday and knowing that there is a deer in the area I slowed down just incase. Well, I think my pipes scared it and it just out of the weeds right infront of me. I had no time to hit the brakes or anything. LUCKLY, since I slowed down it just kicked my tire and did no damage to me or the bike. \\; But man, what a rush and a moment. I have hit deer before with trucks, and man I dont want to hit one with the bike. I had to check my pants when I got home!
