RE: Question for the folks who trailer their ride??
My wife and I travel alot with another couple. The two wives don't like to ride for long hours. Most of our trips are over the Alps into Italy. Well, the wives take the Van with, guess what hooked up to the back. My three bike trailer. Me and my bud will ride but, let me tell you. It is really nice to have the trailer handy. Weather/breakdowns, no problem. We have also taken long trips to Turkey and other places. I for one am very happy with our set-up. It's really not the riding from point A to point B that I enjoy. It's the riding we do for the two weeks or so that we are there. That's my two cents on this thread.
RE: Question for the folks who trailer their ride??
Some people say trailering is silly. \\; I disagree, and personally don't give a rat's **** if they approve of it or not. \\; If I am going to Sturgis (From TENNESSEE) I have no desire to ride from here to there. \\; Trailering gives me comfort and safety for the trip, and allows us to enjoy the Black Hills area while we are there with the bikes. \\; Trailering back home just makes the trip more enjoyable and comfortable. \\; It isn't for everyone.....BUT......
 \\;
IF WE WERE ALL ALIKE, WITH THE SAME PREFERENCES.....IT'D SURE BE A BORING WORLD TO LIVE IN.
RE: Question for the folks who trailer their ride??
I'm being stationed (posted) in a couple of weeks from Vancouver Island to Halifax Nova Scotia (Washington State to east of Maine). No choice but to trailer the bike with a four yr old and a 12 yr old. Tried to get the wife to drive and me ride, no dice. Wish I could ride, over 6000 kms, but as they say wish in one hand and **** in the other and see which gets filled first.
