i have 5000.00 in any acc. right now plus 5000.00 in medical cov. im pissed about them draggin there feet and wanting to take it around the corner to get the tank repainted and the fenders and filler panels why cant i get my parts replaced from HARLEY???.

I believe Ohio insurance law says you can use the repair place of your choice. Check that before you agree to any claim settlement or repair. Call a different insurance carrier. I have State Farm and they allow you to chose who repairs.
