Close Call
I was out riding yesterday afternoon on a hilly road near my house. As \\;I was approaching the top of the hill \\;I found myself \\;looking \\;at \\;a chevy truck grill right in front of me. He decided it would be a good idea to pass another car on \\;the hill. This is a two lane country road mind you with a three foot shoulder. Anyway I swerved right to miss him and then back left to avoid the ditch. It all happened so fast. I know I \\;was doin about 60. I'm thankful to be alive. Today, on the other hand I rode 4 or 5 hours no problems. Though I was extra cautious on every hill. \\;Life is good. Just thought I'd share with yall. Be careful and vigilant out there!

when I was 17 and commuting on a 125 I had the same happen on a double blind bend with two light trucks - went between them down the white line and wonder to this day how the mirrors didn't take my head off...ride the same road just about every day - still remember even though it was more than 30 years ago - glad to hear you are okay...
