I usually don't let my bike sit for more than a week or two (weather permitting) so I don't add anything to my tank.
However, my for my lawn and garden implements of destruction (and gas cans) I use Sta-Bil. Just add it per the instructions. Never had a problem with gunky gas.

I avoid additives. Did you know gas dry already has about 10% water in it.
I'm like wildwill I don't let my bike sit. I put 5,000 miles on my 06 during the winter months. Going to put 1500 to 2000 more miles next week.

Cran, I,m like Wildwill, but I live in southern La. so I ride alot. I do use SeaFoam in my bass boat gas tanks, because sometimes I don't know when I'm Going fishing and like you've read is cleans and is a gas stabilizer. It canbe used in gasoline or diesel fuels also.

I'm jealous becuase our riding season in Iowa is shorter. It can sit a month or 2 without being driven. This year is an exception. Been able to at least drive around the neighborhood a little each month. Thanks for the input folks!
