Trouble viewing pictures

Trouble viewing pictures
I need help from anyone who can. I am not able to view all pictures that are in the different threads. Sometimes it shows attachment but nothings there except an RED X.
I have tried clicking on the x and the windows minizes and still nothing there.
Yesterday I was on the Saoftail thread and one post was talking about his new bike.
everyone else said how nice it looked. I didn't see anything except and URL that would not do anything when I tried to click on it. At the bottom of the thread it says my "HTML is off"
What am I doing wrong.
