Deuce just quit - fuel?

Deuce just quit - fuel?
Just made it back home, about a mile from home, from a 600 mile trip and fuel injected motor just quit like nothing flat, sounded just like the kill switch was hit. Well, checked both fuses, all ok. Pulled both plugs and they have spark but dry as a bone. Any thoughts as to would this perhaps be a fuel pump or ??????.. Have plenty of fuel, btw. Thanks

You are so right Street eagle!!!!! I thank the good Lord for that. Will check for the pump hum this am. I also think the bike might be a little miffed though. Just one hour before, I bought a new Ultra. The Deuce might be JUST a little put out. I'll still treat her good though. Will trailer to the dealer today.

Not sure about Your ride but My 06 1200 C just quit on Me the other day . Been running great since I got it in November 07. Just spent the morning cleaning it up. Well when it quit I thought it was just running out of gas. Swithed to reserve, still nothing. Trailered it to local Indy who noticed a small ( real small 1/8" dia. or less ) vacuum hose was off the petcock ( must have pushed it off while cleaning top end ). I missed it while pulling the plugs and checking the petcock. Well He slipped the vacuum hose back on the petcock and it fired up. Zip tied the end of the hose for a little security.......WVleo
