Well, in the new building we have a locker room, not a head. So, we're allowed to talk to each other in the locker room. Problem solved. Other than that, most places around here are one holers, so your original situation never presents.

There was some tv show where the guy was at the urinal and started talking to whoever came up next to him...a couple times he even offered a handshake over the partition...a few times the other guy actually shook his hand..bahahah! Can't remember what channel that it was on or what show...but damn it was funny. One of those comedy shows with hidden camera pranks...
