I just checked out AMA. Good price but you only get towed up to 35 miles. Not good if you live out of town (like me 40 miles to the dealer) or are on a trip.

Thanks for all the responses. I was stuck 100 miles from no where in the evening and needed a flat bed (burnt/fried stator) who came 100 miles to get me then took me 100 miles to a dealership...650$. I didn't begrudge the money as we needed to get out of there. Luckily insurance covered it this time and the repair minus the deduction. Might not be so lucky next time? Dealership, Central Maine in Hermon was 100% absolutely the greatest! I even sent a letter to Corporate about it and they called back today saying they will extend a letter of acknowledgement to the dealership for a job well done. me and Mrs BI63 were grateful.

AMA only provides 35 miles towing. I heard HOG at the national level is pretty good but unfamiliar with the services. Have to give AAA a call as the web site is experiencing difficulties at this time.
