Totally agree with the original post. However, will the "Poser/Real Biker" crap ever die? Jesus, I've been on this site for less than a month and it seems like the majority of conversations are what constitutes a "real biker".
Don't know much but I do know this... a "real biker" doesn't spend the majority of their time worrying about what constitutes a "real biker"

I prefer one when I ride, as I'd hate to lose my wallet, however it doesn't work 9 to 5 with slacks. What I did is remove the connector to the wallet, and replaced it with a heavy duty clasp so I can remove the chain in the blink of an eye.

For christ sake, 6 pages of wheather or not to wear a chain on your wallet. I have worn one for over 30 years and never had anyone say anything about it. I asked a question about oil on here and get one reply, someone asks about the chain on a wallet and gets 6 pages worth of "Your a poser, I'm a poser, Chains are gay". Does anyone really care if someone wears a chain or not? Man I hate to see what this winter is like on here when we do have alot of extra time.................

I had a chain wallet back when I was a young buck. Worked nicely. Of course back then............. there were no posers yet (no cell phones either).
++ Same hear about 35 yrs ago, bulletproof and on my first HD a chopped XLCH, loved kicking that thing over, I think they attached the chain so it
wouldn't fly out while exercising that morning ritual.
