When I was in Hawaii, we had a bunch of them... Egg and spoon ride, Water bucket (passenger has a plastic bucket of water on top of a board on top of her head), the ever popular Banana swallowing contest (peeled banana covered in marshmallow fluff.. a real riot!), beer keg roll, slow race, bike tug of war (you end up digging trenches with your rear wheel), and the ALWAYS popular Jalapeno eating contest!
Some good ones above, I like the toilet paper game where the dude has a stick between his legs at his crotch with a roll of toliet paper on it, the chick has to come over, get the toliet paper off the stick (which is about 2 feet long) using only her legs, then she must run back to the starting line without it falling from her legs. It's pretty comical to watch.
Have a mattress on the ground with a made up window frame behind it for each rider. Bikes parked on the far side of the window frames going in opposite directions with a measured finish line in front of each bike.
Contestants lie on the mattresses with a pretty biker chick each, who do their best to distract the contestants. Someone yells "Oh! sh*t the old man's home." Both bikers jump up, jump through their respective window frames, jump on their bike start it and head for their respective finish lines.
I have seen this become very funny for participants and spectators alike. If my directions are not real clear, PM me and and I'll try to explain better and send you a drawing.
