Cross Bones Question
Did HD scrap the tractor seat? I was at the dealer Saturday and he had about 5 X-Bones all with regular frame mounted Softail solo seats. I asked and the sales guy said that's how they are coming now.
Just wondering if anyone heard/read anything.

I don't think so, the two dealers in Baltimore all have the same 08 seat and I have seen about 8 2009's

That tractor seat's be the second thing to go if I bought a Crossbones anyway. Right after that gawd-awful rear fender

All of em I seen at the dealer still have the springer seat. That would really change the look of the bike.

It does kind of kill the whole nostalgia thing it has going on. I just found it odd that every x-bones there didn't have the tractor seat.

One of the Dealers here has one on the floor with a regular solo seat on it. But it's extra and they give you the spring seat too.
