I'll second the gas guess. Seen it happen on a friend's Ultra before. Some newer HDs' do it. Some don't. Fill it up to much and there is a catch at the top which will just dump it right back out again through the overflow. My 03 Fatboy does not do this.

Fer me it's not imagination.. Just location..
Primary inspection cover is weepin a bit..
Primary is weepin a bit..
left front fork seal is weepin a bit..

Snow be commin soon & I'll be puttin her up onna rack fer new gaskets and seals all around.
Workin out the particulars fer a higher tank lift fer my split tanks.. Among a few other things..

The Ol girl aint leakin.. she just marks her spot a bit..

I was gonna be a smart *** and tell you to throw a match under your bike next time and see if it was gas but figured someone might think I was serious and try it.

I did just fill up the gas tank. I did just ride it a few miles. Then I did let it sit in the sun (about 80 degrees outside) for an hour before taking off again. It must have been a gas overflow...

p.s. I was disappointed by the smart azz remarks. They were all too obvious...
