I would like to think that these idiots that don't pay attention to those of us on bikes just don't see us because of our rides size. I have learned that this isn't true at all. My normal daily ride is a 2004 Ford F250 4x4 Super duty. It's a flippin big truck and cetainly hard to miss, or so you would think. It has been hit 6 times since I bought it new. To a person they all said that they didn't see me. One of them actually rear ended me at a stop light and said the same thing. If you can't see that truck you need to get the heck off the road because you are blind. The good part is that I inflicted more damage to them then they did me. Unfortuniately that won't be the case if they hit me on my Road King. They need to pass a law in ALL states that says that the driver can't talk on a cell on while the car is running.

Sorry for the rant guys, I'll stop now.

I ride like I have a bullseye on my back trying to be aware of everything around me. Nothing pisses me off more than a tailgater.

Cars, trucks, vans, Non-motorcycles are "cages".

Cagers = drivers of such vehicles.

Know what you mean! I have a Megacab and I think there are people out there that are just plain suicidal! They pull out in front of you, tailgate and whatever....just plain nuts some of them...in a hurry to get no where! Owning motorcycles and riding for a lot of years I give the bikers plenty of room but there are some that put themselves in dangerous situations. It isn't always the cagers at fault....as far as cell phones I don't talk on em when I am driving usually the call can wait!

I've buried more friends since I've lived in Louisiana (10 years) than I've lost in my entire life. I've lived all over the country & I swear this area has the worst drivers I've ever seen!

yeah, they are all out to get you...
what amazes me is their attitude when you let them know through various gestures.
They will then tailgate you or get into your personal space like it' s your fault.
I ride my Dyna daily and it happens a few times a week.
ride with the attitude that they are all out to get you....
