Sadly, Veterans Day is a holiday most folks don't get to celebrate. You're unlikely to find a large rally that day.
Edit: Spoke too soon. Here's one in Gaithersburg on Veterans Day. A little ways from you, but sounds like a nice tribute with a ride to Arlington National Cemetary.
