Hello all, I know this is a Harley Site but I am trying to locate a Bridgestone 50 motorcycle. This is the first bike I owned as a kid in the early 70's besides a three horsepower mini bike and would like to find one that is restored or in restorable condition. Thanks
Be interesting to find one.. I can remember when I was in Junior High during the 60's and there was a small Bridgestone dealer right across the street..
Good Luck..
PT
Are you sure it was a 50? I had a Bridgestone/Chibi 60 as a youngin. You can still find them every once and a while. They were produced by someone else for several years after Bridgestone sold the line.
They made the Bridgesone 50 starting in 1967 which was the year I had. I got the bike in 1972 and rode it till I got a Honda 350 and then moved on to a Sporty. I just want to have a bike like my first to park in the garage beside my HD. As they say never forget where you came from and your start.
