We have both. I think you'd like the WG at your height. The WG is taller at the seat and has more leg room. It is also slightly longer overall. The bars are taller.
For me, for a fact, the WG handles better. I like Dynas.
Have you ridden a WG?
Wanna watch a WG run away from a BMW R 1200 on corners? The BMW (with the camera) has to catch up on the straights.
Also, to the best of my knowledge, the WG and the Deuce have the best lean angles of any of the Harleys. I'm not sure that there isn't a new model that beats them, but that was true a couple of years ago.
We have our share of twisties around here so that was a consideration and part of why we have a WG and a Deuce.
Whatever else happens, no one will ever talk me into lowering one of them. I can already scrape hard parts on either and I don't want to lose control in an accident avoidance maneuver just because I think I have a "cool factor."

which do you like better... the deuce or the WG, and why?

I really believe that the dynas ride and handle better than the softails in real twisties or on rough roads. There are some gorgeous softails but I'd rather ride the WG. I have nothing against softails - we have the Deuce and a Heritage.

Congrats on both. I've been in love with WG's since I first laid eyes on one back in the early '80's. I just got mine earlier this year. It's been one blissful honeymoon so far.
